个人介绍:

孔道春,北京大学生命科学学院、北大-清华生命科学联合中心、蛋白质工程与植物基因工程国家重点实验室教授,973项目首席科学家,现任全国酵母协会会长,冷泉港亚洲会议组织者:DNA Metabolism, Genomic Stability and Disease;Yeast and Life Sciences。 孔道春实验室的研究方向:真核细胞DNA复制起始、细胞调控维持DNA复制叉稳定、Checkpoint 调控、Chromsfork 调控、DNA同源重组、DNA单链和双链断裂修复、染色质结构形成等重要生物事件的分子机制。

      目前,孔道春实验室的研究项目:
1. 真核细胞DNA复制起始机制:确定Chafer等新复制起始蛋白的生化性质和生物功能,建立体外DNA复制体系、阐明复制叉里的生化反应,研究复制起始严格调控机制;
2. 细胞调控维持停顿DNA复制叉稳定的分子机制:阐明一些新发现的checkpoint靶蛋白的调控机制、确定这些调控在维持停顿DNA复制叉稳定、维持基因组稳定的作用;
3. 真核细胞DNA单双链断裂修复机制:阐明新发现的DNA断裂修复蛋白作用机制,阐明乳腺癌易感基因BRCA1、BRCA2在DNA同源重组中的作用机制,确定PARP1的作用机制;
4)基本染色质结构形成机制:研究Chromsfork调控机制,研究基本染色质结构形成机制;
5)癌症药物筛选。
