研究领域:
  真核基因组编辑及高通量功能基因组学,疾病与感染的分子机制。

研究方向:
  着重发展和应用基因组编辑技术,涵盖编码及非编码序列的高通量功能基因组学、生物动态光学成像以及精准医疗。在此基础上,特别关注宿主细胞参与病原微生物感染的分子机制,为发展宿主导向的治疗手段提供新的药物靶点和思路。

实验室简介

致力于发展基因组编辑技术,关注高通量功能基因组学;在此基础上研究癌症、感染等重大疾病的分子机制,为发展高效治疗手段提供新的药物靶点和思路。近期成果包括:首次发现艰难梭菌毒素受体;完成对TALE蛋白识别非修饰及修饰DNA碱基的完全解码;开发了基于CRISPR/Cas9系统的基因敲除文库及高通量功能性筛选平台;完成多种病毒侵染人源宿主重要靶位点的筛选和功能鉴定;建立了基因组大片段删除技术用于高通量筛选研究长片段非编码RNAlncRNA)。
