科研领域描述
  光对于植物来说不仅是重要的能量来源,同时也是极其基本和重要的生长信号。我们的研究兴趣是以拟南芥和苔藓为研究对象,探索光对植物生长发育调控的分子机制。我们前期的研究表明,以CULLIN 4 为核心的E3连接酶广泛参与光信号转导的过程,包括与光形态建成的抑制因子COP1-SPA复合体,CSN复合体 (COP9 signalosome, CSN),CDD (COP10, DDB1 and DET1)复合体的协同作用。目前在此基础上,我们将继续综合运用遗传学、生物化学、分子生物学、细胞生物学、基因组学等不同的实验手段,进一步解析光信号的传导通路。
