      高等植物有性生殖包括雌、雄配子体形成、雌-雄配子体及雌-雄配子相互作用、受精以及胚胎发生发育等生物学过程,这些过程受到严格的遗传调控。我们以双子叶模式植物拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)为研究对象,研究高等植物有性生殖过程的分子调控机理,主要通过遗传学、生物化学和分子生物学、生物信息学等方法研究参与高等植物有性生殖过程调控的三大类主要因子,并研究其作用机制:参与生殖过程调控的受体类激酶、多肽信号;参与生殖过程调控的蛋白质降解和/或内膜运输途径中的重要调控因子;参与生殖过程调控的转录因子。此外,我们还关注单子叶植物水稻中新的转基因技术的开发与完善。
